Skeleton Poodle Walker

Lulu and her French Poodle, Prince Phillip

This Day of the Dead sculpture features Lulu and her Poodle, (named Prince Phillip after my grandparents' adorable poodle, who always had a fresh poodle cut and manicure!).  They are available on eBay until Monday, January 6

I sculpted the figures with polymer clay and painted them with acrylics.  Prince Phillip also sports a Poodle cut with black pom-poms.  Lulu is wearing an aqua Poodle skirt which also has tiny pom-poms, a black sweater with feather trim and red "cat eye" sunglasses.  Her hair is blonde viscose in a ponytail tied with a red ribbon.  She stands about 5 1/2" tall.

The figures are attached to a 3" x 5" wooden oval base which is signed and dated.

Day of the Dead Sugar Skull Doll with Coffin

                         Pretty in Pink

I had so much fun making this little doll, (she's available on eBay until January 5th!)

I sculpted her head, hands and legs from polymer clay, painted with acrylics,  and her body is poly-fill and cotton over a wire armature, so she is somewhat poseable.  She has light brown viscose hair adorned with paper flowers and she comes with a single pink rose.  She has a little pink glitter in her eyes.

Her dress is hand stitched pink and white gingham.  She measures about 4 1/2" tall and her coffin is 5" tall.  The coffin is wood which I painted with crackle paint and various acrylics and is lined with pink silk.  There is a glass window in the coffin so she can see out when you have her stored!

This piece can stand on it's own, or it has a hole in the back for hanging on the wall.
